{"id":34015,"date":"2021-01-27T03:00:02","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T01:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stonenews.eu\/?p=34015"},"modified":"2021-01-26T23:01:07","modified_gmt":"2021-01-26T21:01:07","slug":"accordo-ue-uk-e-i-cambiamenti-per-il-commercio-attivo-l-help-desk-confindustria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stonenews.eu\/it\/accordo-ue-uk-e-i-cambiamenti-per-il-commercio-attivo-l-help-desk-confindustria\/","title":{"rendered":"Accordo UE-UK e i cambiamenti per il commercio: attivo l\u2019Help Desk Confindustria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il 24 dicembre 2020 l\u2019Unione europea e il Regno Unito hanno raggiunto un accordo che definisce le condizioni della futura collaborazione tra le parti.<\/p>\n<p>Tra i pilastri dell\u2019intesa vi \u00e8 l\u2019accordo di libero scambio che sancisce il nuovo partenariato economico con il Regno Unito, volto a mantenere la massima fluidit\u00e0 del commercio assicurando che le merci scambiate non siano sottoposte a dazi o quote.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, anche in questo nuovo scenario, a partire dal 1\u00ba gennaio 2021 sono intervenuti cambiamenti importanti legati all\u2019uscita del Regno Unito dal mercato unico e dall&#8217;unione doganale.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Unione europea e il Regno Unito costituiscono ora due mercati distinti e due spazi separati dal punto di vista normativo e giuridico e le aziende si trovano ad affrontare una serie di adempienze normative e di cambiamenti riguardanti le procedure doganali per poter continuare ad operare con il mercato britannico.
