Federico Bricolo has been confirmed as president of Veronafiere for the 2025–2028 term by the Shareholders’ Assembly, which appointed a newly renewed Board of Directors—two-thirds of whom are new members and, for the first time, a female majority, Veronafiere, the organizer of the international trade fairs Marmomac and Marmomac Brazil, aims to further strengthen its position as a key player in the national and global exhibition industry.

Federico Bricolo has been confirmed as President of Veronafiere for the three-year period 2025-2028. The AGM made a unanimous decision before appointing the new Board of Directors: Bricolo is joined by Romano Artoni, outgoing vice president and a manager with lengthy experience in the financial sector, Marina Montedoro, new vice president and director of Coldiretti Veneto, Barbara Ferro, expert in strategic planning, economic-financial planning and organisation, Désirée Zucchi, cultural entrepreneur and corporate trainer, Silvia Nicolis, President of the Nicolis Museum, Alfonso Sonato, accountant and auditor with positions in public and private entities.

New directors represent two-thirds of the new Board – with five new members out of seven – which for the first time in Veronafiere’s history has a female majority, with four women out of seven members.

Being confirmed as President of Veronafiere is an honour and a responsibility that I accept with the utmost commitment,” said Federico Bricolo. “I therefore wish to express my heartfelt thanks to all shareholders for their renewed trust in me. Without their close support for the Company in recent years, the record results posted in the latest financial statements would not have been possible. I also wish to thank the outgoing Board of Directors for their splendid work and the many responsibilities they have taken on, as well as CEO Maurizio Danese for his sterling efforts and collaboration over these years. Today sees the onset of another three-year period replete with challenges and new results to achieve. We will respond with team spirit and the newly appointed Board of Directors, distinguished by vision, energy and skills backed up by our General Manager, Adolfo Rebughini. With all my colleagues – and the strong female presence will certainly be an added value – on the Board of Directors, we will immediately begin work to consolidate and improve even further the positioning of Veronafiere on the national and international trade fair panorama as a landmark player promoting the important Made in Italy supply chains covered by our portfolio of events.”
