In this case they can be published in public agencies, judiciary authorities or authorized people and always according to the legal provisions. All company’s partners that may have access to personal data (employees or contractors – website management companies, accountants etc.) are bound by discretion and confidentiality obligations or obligations stipulated by the Article 28 of the GDPR (people processing the data).
Data Retention Period
The company keeps your personal data for as long as the reason of processing is valid and after its completion for as long as stipulated by the legal obligations governed by the provisions of the Union or National Law or for as long as there are compatible obligations and possible legal claims between the parties. In case of consent, the processing is interrupted when the consent is revoked. However, the processing already conducted is not compromised.
As subjects of the data you have the following rights without prejudice to the subsumption to some of the exceptions set by the Regulation and the relevant legislation.
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data kept, information concerning the processing and your rights.
You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if it is established that they are inaccurate or the completion of these data in case they are incomplete.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the cases stipulated by the legislation.
You have the right to revoke your consent on the processing of these data in all cases concerning their processing based on this consent.
In case your data are processed based on your consent or within a contract signed, you have the right to request the delivering of these personal data or their transfer to another processing operator.
You have the right to request the restriction of further processing in all cases stipulated by the relevant legislation.
You have the right to express your objection to the processing of your personal data at any time and for reasons relevant to your status including the creation of a profile based on the relevant provisions.
You have the right not to appertain in a decree made exclusively based on the automated processing including the creation of a profile in case this is happening.

We do not make any decisions or create a profile based on an automated process of data processing.

Our company applies all necessary technical and organizational measures in order to protect your personal data and avoid their destruction, loss, distortion, non-authorized access, publication or transfer to a non-authorized person or agency in any way and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Transfer of Data to Third Countries Outside The EU or to International Organizations
Request Submission Process
You have the right to submit a request in order to receive information and for any other question regarding the protection of your personal data. The company is bound to reply and provide this information without delays within a month from the receipt of your request.
This deadline can be extended for a further two months if necessary and after taking the complexity of the request and the number of the pending requests. In this case, you will be informed within a month from the receipt of your request.
In case we are not able to reply within the stipulated deadline, the applicant will be informed within a month from the receipt of the request.
All requests are checked in regard to their extent and repeatability per applicant for unfairness. In this way the company reserves the rights of the Art. 12 of the GDPR.
