According to recent investigations by the US Department of Commerce, processed by ICE New York, in 2023 compared to 2022, Italy decreased its exports of natural stones to the USA by 7.5% (Italian ceramics by 15.3%) while the related exports of machinery and equipment for stone processing decreased by 4.3%.
It should be remembered that the United States remains the first target market for Italian marble, granite and natural stone and also for the related made in Italy machinery and equipment.
