The Istanbul Mineral Exporters’ Association (İMİB) Elective Ordinary General Assembly was held. The newly elected president of IMIB, Rüstem Çetinkaya, had served as the Vice President of the Association during the previous term.
After the election, Rüstem Çetinkaya stated that he is ready for the new term with projects that will strengthen the sector and hopes that the election results will benefit the whole sector.
IMIB and The Ordinary Elective General Assembly were held at the Turkish Export Assembly (TIM) Foreign Trade Complex. Rüstem Çetinkaya was elected as the President of IMIB with 368 votes, while his opponent, Aydın Dinçer, received 270 votes.
