The Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) recently held a strategic meeting with Muhammad Bilal Khan, Chairman of the All Pakistan Marble Industry Association (APMIA), to explore opportunities for enhancing marble product exports and strengthening Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves.

The session served as a platform to share critical industry insights with GCCI members and to highlight the untapped potential of Pakistan’s marble sector in the global market.

During the meeting, Chairman Muhammad Bilal Khan emphasized the importance of joint efforts and collaboration between stakeholders to increase the industry’s international competitiveness. He stressed that improved coordination and strategic planning are key to expanding the sector’s footprint worldwide.

Atif Farooqi, Diplomatic Liaison Advisor to APMIA, also addressed the gathering, pointing out the significant room for growth and cooperation within the marble industry. He expressed optimism about building strong ties with the GCCI to develop and enhance the industry’s export capabilities.

Rana M. Siddique, President of the GCCI, expressed his satisfaction with the outcome of the discussions and reaffirmed the Chamber’s dedication to supporting and empowering local industries. He emphasized that partnerships like these are essential to driving regional economic development.
