The stunning marble quarries of Volakas, nestled in the mountainous municipality of Kato Nevrokopi in Drama, have become the backdrop for a new Netflix film featuring some of Hollywood’s brightest stars. This striking landscape now hosts filming with a star-studded cast, including Vincent Cassel, Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Evans, Salma Hayek, and Sam Richardson, making the Greek marble quarries a memorable cinematic setting.

The film, directed by Romain Gavras (son of famed director Costa-Gavras) and co-written by Will Arbery, known for his work on the acclaimed Succession series, has generated quite a buzz. Although the plot is shrouded in secrecy, the anticipation is palpable.
