The Cachoeiro Stone Fair 2025, one of the most important events for the global natural stone industry, returns with a renewed structure and a strong focus on qualified content, networking, and strategic business opportunities. Organized by Sindirochas (Sindicato da Indústria de Rochas Ornamentais, Cal e Calcários do Espírito Santo), Cetemag (Centro Tecnológico de Mármore e Granito), and Centrorochas (Associação Brasileira de Rochas Naturais), and held by Milanez & Milaneze for 36 years, the fair is set to welcome 16,000 visitors from across the production chain. Participants include marble workers, distributors, architects, decorators, and professionals from the construction and design sectors.

Expanded Exhibition Space and New Features

The 2025 edition introduces a series of upgrades that underscore its role as a driver of innovation and business in the ornamental stone sector. The exhibition spans 30,000 square meters, featuring larger booths both inside the pavilion and across the park, with a revised internal layout for better visitor flow.

One of the highlights is the addition of five new areas adjacent to the block sector, which this year achieves a record: 65 stone blocks weighing 32 tons each.   • August 27, 5 p.m. – Rômulo Pegoretti leads the session “Praça do Marmorista: Architecture, Marble Work, and the Connection with the Client”, exploring how marble craftsmanship is honored and integrated into architectural concepts, strengthening the relationship between architects and clients.

  • August 27, 6 p.m. – The highly anticipated case study “When a Project Goes Viral” revisits the controversy around influencer Maíra Cardi’s residence, a luxury project that gained national attention due to disputes over materials and execution. Industry professionals directly involved in the project will share behind-the-scenes insights, challenges, and lessons learned about the delicate balance between aesthetics, technical execution, and client expectations.

Closing the segment of technical content, the fair will host the Data Business Stone Forum on August 28, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., organized by Apex Partners and Rede Vitória. This strategic forum will present fresh economic data and sector analyses developed by Futura Inteligência. Business leaders, economists, and analysts will debate key challenges for Brazil’s stone industry, including the impact of rising tariffs on exports, and explore strategies such as market diversification, strengthening domestic demand, and reorganizing logistics and production to remain competitive globally.
