Bringing international buyers directly into the heart of the marble district is the mission of Carrara Marble 2026, an incoming project promoted by Cna Nazionale in collaboration with Cna Massa-Carrara. Scheduled from May 19 to 22, 2026, across the provinces of Massa-Carrara and Lucca, the initiative aims to establish direct contact between local marble companies and qualified foreign operators, highlighting productive skills, the quality of craftsmanship, and the identity of a territory recognized worldwide for the excellence of its marble district.

Unlike traditional trade fairs, Carrara Marble 2026 will not be a standard exhibition, but a tailored program designed specifically for artisans and small to medium-sized enterprises. The concept behind the project is simple and concrete: to bring buyers directly into companies, organizing targeted B2B meetings aligned with the actual production capabilities of the participating businesses.

The project is carried out in collaboration with Ice – Agency for the Promotion Abroad and Internationalization of Italian Companies, ensuring the quality and profiling of invited international operators. Cna will manage the organizational framework and provide operational support to companies throughout every phase of the process. Key benefits for participating companies include:

  • Easier access to international markets through carefully selected meetings;

  • Direct relationships with qualified international operators;

  • A well-organized and sustainable context, tailored to the needs of SMEs;

  • Tangible promotion of both the product and the territory.

Carrara Marble 2026 represents a strategic opportunity for our district,” emphasizes Davide Aldo Brizzi, president of Cna Massa-Carrara. “This is not just a showcase, but a structured path that allows companies to interact directly with selected buyers. It is a project built together with the companies, with a pragmatic approach to international markets, aiming to generate concrete business contacts.”

“At a time when exports are crucial for the stability and growth of the marble sector,” concludes President Brizzi, “Cna offers companies a concrete tool for commercial expansion, aiming to strengthen the presence of our marble in international markets and support the development of the entire territory.”
