Pietra Naturale Autentica (PNA) has long been committed to promoting the authentic value of Italian natural stone, positioning it as both a high-performance material and a cultural language for contemporary architecture and design.
At Marmomac 2025, PNA brings this mission to life through a rich program that highlights three essential dimensions of its work: environmental responsibility, entrepreneurial innovation, and cultural dialogue.
Sustainability: unveiling the Environmental Product Declaration
Over the past three years, PNA has traced a path of research into the sustainability of natural stone, from life cycle analysis to the opportunities of reuse. After presenting the LCA Mondo study in 2024, PNA now takes a new step forward with the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) – a certified declaration that transparently communicates the environmental impact of natural stone across its entire life cycle.
This milestone will be presented at Marmomac in a dedicated talk led by Claudia Chiappino, member of PNA’s technical team. Attendees will discover data, results, and future perspectives, gaining a deeper understanding of the true sustainable potential of Italian natural stone.

Innovation: giving voice to the next generation
PNA is not only material and thought, but also innovation. For this reason, at Marmomac 2025 it organizes STONE “X” – Young Talent Edition, a special session dedicated to dialogue between generations and entrepreneurial visions. Startups already active in the sector will share their experiences, perspectives on the future, and reflections on key themes such as sustainability and innovation.

Culture and vision: continuing the international dialogue
Last June, PNA launched in Venice “STONE IS…”, the first International Forum dedicated to authentic natural stone. Over two days, the event gathered world-renowned architects, experts, journalists, and entrepreneurs to explore how stone can be more than a building material – it can be a contemporary language for architecture and design.
This cultural conversation continues at Marmomac 2025: in PNA’s exhibition space, visitors will experience a multimedia installation that brings back the voices and projects of Venice, offering new insights into the role of natural stone in today’s design landscape.
