Big 5 Construct Saudi is set to open its January 2026 edition from 18–21 January at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, reaffirming its position as the Kingdom’s most influential construction event. The exhibition is supported by its Strategic Partner, the Architecture Design Commission (ADC), and will once again serve as a key meeting point for decision-makers shaping Saudi Arabia’s built environment.
Co-located with Windows, Doors & Facades Saudi Arabia, Marble & Stone Saudi Arabia and Urban Design & Landscape Saudi Arabia, the January edition will host more than 1,100 exhibitors from over 50 countries. Collectively, they will showcase in excess of 20,000 products and solutions, covering the entire construction value chain – from fit-out and structural systems to finishing materials and surface innovations.
A major highlight of the event is the strong presence of Saudi Arabia’s leading giga and mega projects. Visitors will include senior representatives from landmark developments such as Red Sea Global, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, AMAALA, New Murabba Development Company and NEOM. The exhibition will also attract internationally renowned architectural practices, including SOM, Gensler, HOK, Perkins & Will and Kohn Pedersen Fox, alongside senior professionals from top consultancies, contractors and developers such as AECOM, Atkins, Buro Happold, Al Bawani, El-Seif Engineering, Saudi Binladin Group, National Housing Company and ROSHN Group.
This strong concentration of industry leaders reinforces Big 5 Construct Saudi’s role as a strategic platform for engaging with stakeholders overseeing projects that are currently in the delivery and completion phases.
For the stone and surfaces sector, the timing could not be more significant. The marble and stone market in Saudi Arabia is projected to reach USD 1.09 billion by 2027, according to Mordor Intelligence, driven by unprecedented levels of construction activity, luxury developments and infrastructure investment. Opportunities in marble, natural stone, engineered surfaces and quarrying are expanding rapidly as the Kingdom advances its Vision 2030 ambitions.
Returning as a key co-located event, Marble & Stone Saudi Arabia positions itself as the ultimate platform for premium marble and stone solutions in the Kingdom. From high-end natural marble and granite to innovative, sustainable composite materials, the exhibition attracts high-profile buyers actively sourcing materials to bring iconic projects to life.
With unparalleled access to influential buyers, specifiers and project owners, Big 5 Construct Saudi offers exhibitors and visitors a unique opportunity to tap into one of the world’s fastest-growing construction and stone markets – forging connections that have the potential to transform businesses and shape the future of Saudi Arabia’s built landscape.
