According to recent surveys by the US Department of Commerce, processed by ICE New York, in the first 9 months 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year, Italy decreased its exports of natural stones to the USA by 7.4% (Italian ceramics by 15%) while the related exports of machinery and equipment for stone processing increased by 3.2%.
It should be remembered that the United States remains the first target market for Italian marble, granite and natural stone and also for the related made in Italy machinery and equipment.
