In 2018, the summit was held for the first time with the participation of seven countries, then in 2019 with 10 countries with important issues concerning stone to be topics for discussion. From the beginning, the goal was to make the use of natural stone more known worldwide and how it can be promoted, with the meeting operating within two years as a platform through which important decisions were made for the future of marble. What it was originally a forum, it evolved into a world-renowned summit.
