On September 3 and 4, Centrorochas participates in the business mission organized by the Confederação Nacional da Indústria (CNI) in Washington, United States. The Brazilian natural stone sector is represented by President Tales Pena Machado and Vice President Fabio Cruz, joining a delegation that brings together 31 different Brazilian industries.

The main goal of the mission is to reverse or reduce the additional import tariffs imposed by the U.S. government on several products, including natural stones.

The two-day program includes:

  • Meetings with U.S. entrepreneurs and legislators.

  • Bilateral talks with institutional and business partners.

  • A plenary session with representatives from both the public and private sectors of the two countries, aimed at strengthening dialogue, assessing trade impacts, and discussing strategies to expand economic cooperation.

Centrorochas’ participation underscores the strategic role of the Brazilian natural stone industry in international markets and its ongoing efforts to consolidate its presence in the United States, one of the sector’s most important destinations.
