Big 5 Construct Saudi is set to return with a refreshed two-edition format, responding to Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding construction market driven by Vision 2030 and a pipeline of mega and giga projects such as Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, King Salman Park, Riyadh Expo 2030 and The Red Sea Project.
The first edition will take place from 18–21 January 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, strategically positioned to open the year’s construction calendar. This edition focuses on the final delivery phase of projects, under the theme “fit-out to finishing, built for every detail”, making it particularly relevant for marble and natural stone suppliers, who will actively participate through Marble & Stone Saudi Arabia, held alongside the event.
With Saudi Arabia increasingly prioritising quality, durability and design, natural stone and marble are gaining importance in high-end commercial, residential and urban developments. The January edition offers the marble sector direct access to decision-makers, developers, architects and contractors involved in finishing and fit-out stages, where stone materials play a critical role.
The January event is expected to host over 1,100 exhibitors from more than 50 countries, presenting solutions across interiors and finishes, marble and stone, smart buildings, coatings, kitchens and bathrooms, among others. National pavilions from countries such as Italy, Greece, Türkiye, Spain, Portugal and Egypt will highlight international expertise and export-ready products aligned with the Kingdom’s construction needs.
According to Knight Frank, Saudi Arabia’s construction output is projected to grow from $148 billion in 2024 to $191 billion by 2029, with increasing demand for sustainable, durable and locally sourced materials. Reflecting this trend, Big 5 Construct Saudi will once again feature the EcoTrail, showcasing solutions that meet environmental and performance standards—an area of growing relevance for responsibly sourced stone products.
The exhibition will be complemented by a strong knowledge-sharing and networking programme, including Big 5 Talks and exclusive forums for architects and industry leaders, supporting collaboration across the construction value chain.
A second, expanded edition will follow from 10–13 May 2026, covering the full construction spectrum. However, for the marble and stone industry, the January edition stands out as the key meeting point, aligning perfectly with finishing phases of projects and offering a prime opportunity to strengthen presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing construction markets.
