A Canadian company has set its sights on the mesmerizing beauty of Manshera, Pakistan. Reports suggest that foreign investors have once again demonstrated their keen interest in investing in the country’s economy.
According to reliable sources, the region’s mineral-rich landscape in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be the focus of their investment. The Canadian company has acquired the lease for mountainous areas in Manshera, where they will embark on marble mining ventures.
The lease agreement for the land was finalized at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment office, with the Canadian company’s country head, Nabeel Saqib, the provincial minister for industry, the secretary of industries, and the director of the board present.
Nabeel Saqib expressed his excitement about the company’s $15 million investment in marble mining. He emphasized that this venture would create employment opportunities in the region.
Iqbal Sarwar, the director of the Board of Investment, stated that foreign investors would be provided with all necessary facilities and encouraged to invest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He further added that such agreements would generate new job prospects and spur economic growth.
Investors believe that Pakistan possesses significant mineral reserves, and they encourage both local and foreign companies to seize the opportunity to invest in the country, including its mineral resources.
