Spain is set to host the only European event exclusively dedicated to natural stone: Stonegal 2025. From June 3rd to 5th, companies, professionals, and industry leaders from across Europe will gather in Vigo to explore the vast opportunities natural stone offers in architecture, construction, and design.
With an estimated attendance of over 3,000 professionals and 150 companies from all over Europe, Stonegal positions itself not only as a premier commercial platform but also as a space to foster dialogue on innovation, sustainability, and the trends shaping the future of natural stone.
Alejandro Miras, director of Stonegal, highlights the unique value of this event: “Natural stone, with its authenticity, durability, and sustainability, deserved an event exclusively dedicated to it. Stonegal will be a platform no professional in extraction, production, architecture, or interior design can afford to miss.”

An Architecture Congress for Professionals
Stonegal aims to establish itself as an international benchmark with its exclusive focus on natural stone and a program tailored for professionals.
The event features an Architecture Congress with keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, practical workshops, and live demonstrations by international industry leaders. This congress is designed for architects, designers, builders, and urban planners looking to incorporate natural stone into projects that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Mauro Lomba, the congress director, emphasized the importance of this initiative: “Attendees will experience how advancements in technology and design are transforming the use of natural stone, exploring new applications and possibilities for global projects.”

Sustainability and Innovation
Stonegal aligns with global trends redefining the use of natural stone, such as its central role in sustainable construction and circular architecture. Materials like marble, granite, and slate stand out not only for their durability and versatility but also for their ability to adapt to innovative architectural projects that prioritize efficiency and environmental respect.
The fair also aims to strengthen connections between producers, architects, and distributors, providing a space for idea exchange and solutions tailored to the demands of contemporary projects.

International Reach
The collaboration with Confindustria Marmomacchine, the Italian association leading the marble industry, ensures a strong representation of Europe’s most relevant markets at Stonegal. Companies from countries such as Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, and Norway have already confirmed their participation, underscoring the fair’s international character.
Spain, with its strategic position and rich legacy in natural stone, will provide the perfect setting for Stonegal to establish itself as the must-attend event for the sector in Europe and beyond.
