Focus on Technological Innovation and Architecture

Stonegal 2026 maintains a clear philosophy focused exclusively on natural stone and the technological solutions supporting its processing. The current edition places a strong emphasis on machinery manufacturers, highlighting equipment as the driving force behind the industry.

Exhibition visitors have the opportunity to explore:

  • Cutting-edge machinery: State-of-the-art cutting, finishing, and processing systems.

  • Automated processes: Technologies that optimize production costs and enhance precision at every stage of processing.

  • Sustainable practices: Initiatives for the circular economy, reducing the environmental footprint of quarrying operations, and utilizing quarry byproducts.

Alongside the main exhibition, the schedule includes a specialized architecture conference featuring distinguished scientists and professionals from engineering, construction, and heritage preservation sectors. Within this framework, the renowned Galician architect César Portela (Spain’s National Architecture Award winner) will be honored.

A Strategic B2B Networking Platform

Stonegal 2026 serves as a comprehensive platform connecting the entire value chain of the sector—from quarry extraction and processing to applications in modern architecture and design. Given that the Spanish natural stone industry demonstrates high export numbers, with foreign trade reaching nearly 80%, the exhibition in Vigo provides an ideal environment for establishing new commercial agreements, exploring market trends, and strengthening international business networks.
