Diverging Trends Across Product Categories

The first-half 2026 figures highlight significant differences across Spain’s natural stone export categories. Finished marble products maintained positive momentum, contrasting with the decline recorded in marble blocks and slabs.

Granite exports presented a weaker picture, particularly in the finished products segment, which experienced a substantial contraction in both value and volume. Meanwhile, raw quartzite emerged as a strong performer, recording significant growth in both export value and quantities.

The figures underline the differing dynamics across Spain’s natural stone product categories, with finished marble products and raw quartzite showing positive developments, while granite and marble blocks and slabs faced varying degrees of contraction.
